We are looking for professionals who are great communicators, team players, relationship builders with a real desire to learn. You are passionate about new technologies in Finance and Business operations. Professional in your approach, you will have a natural ability to establish personal credibility with clients. You will also be highly organized, capable of coordinating your own workload, meeting deadlines, proactively managing risks, and delivering quality outcomes.

You will add measurable value to your clients by addressing their biggest problems and priorities, including the need to:

• Define a Finance Vision and Strategy, including translation of enterprise strategy, business model change and external drivers (e.g. finance technology disruption) into requirements for Finance
• Conduct accelerated finance diagnostic, maturity assessment and benchmarking
• Design and implement new Finance and Business Operating Models
• Develop Financial and non-Financial benefits case
• Build roadmap for future Finance and Business vision
• Develop methodologies and tools for advanced Finance and Business reporting
• Implement new technology solutions in Finance (e.g. ERP, Intelligent automation, Process mining, Business Intelligence, etc.)

Desired qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
• Experience in management consulting or in the delivery of large-scale Finance & Operating Model programs in the industry (3-5 years of experience)
• Prior experience with technologies such as ERP, process mining, BI, reporting etc. is a plus
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
• Advanced user of traditional MS Office programs
• Experience in reports and strategy documents development
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proven ability to engage, manage and build relationships
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to storyboard and create high quality outputs
• Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills
• A proven ability to team effectively with diverse groups
• Willingness to travel (in line with COVID-19 governmental regulations)
