Junior in Immigration, People Advisory Services

EY’s People Advisory Services practice is a part of EY TAX, oriented on providing services that are typically concentrated on providing services to employees of our clients, including immigration services and personal income tax for individuals. The opportunity
EY’s Immigration services is a team within People Advisory Services practice, and it is a high-pace, client service focused environment. Team members enjoy extensive contact with corporate clients within various industries and EY contacts at all levels within the organization.

Your key responsibilities
As a member of the PAS client service team you will participate in engagements and
other related activities under the guidance and supervision of more experienced
colleagues. Responsibilities will include:

• Assist in data gathering and document preparation and filling of immigration applications and other client deliverables
• Prepare and draft materials and communications for immigration authorities and government officials
• Filing of immigration applications and personal presence in front of the immigration authorities
• Support day-to-day client related communication and discuss questions raised by client with the client service team
• Maintain up-to-date records of applicants' status and information in the tracking system
• Document all tasks, timelines, resource requirements to clarify scope and scale of projects
• Acquire basic knowledge of immigration project management methods, standards and tools

Skills and attributes for success

• Demonstrate an awareness of basic immigration and labor processes and requirements and keep being informed of current immigration developments in the country
• Excellent level of self-organization, including documenting all tasks and timelines
• Excellent level of attention to details
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients and the authorities

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum secondary education degree
• Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills both in Serbian and English languages is mandatory, any other language will be considered a plus
• Basic level of organization and prioritization skills including ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
