Job description

EY d.o.o. Sarajevo is currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Receptionist.

Your key responsibilities:

• Document Preparation & Management
• File formatting and mail administration
• General administration and support responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Welcome all clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
• Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages, and courier deliveries
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
• Maintain and monitor our reservation system

Position requirements

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Post-secondary education and/or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service experience and professional attire

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good presentation skills
• Multitasking   
• Positive attitude toward everyday challenges
• Problem solving
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
