EY Serbia is looking to expand its Consulting Team in the Government and Public Sector area.

We work closely with various international agencies and funds, civil society and government institutions in order to make a difference and change by implementing tangible plans for the better future.

Your key responsibilities

• Setting strategic priorities in the Government and Public Sector („GPS“) in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro together with local Head of Consulting Division and wider EY GPS Community in the Europe;
• Identifying and exploring new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis;
• Active involvement in preparation of Expression of Interest and Tender Proposals, financial and technical proposals, etc.;
• Assembling project teams - Recruitment and selection of Key and Non-Key Experts;
• Engagement in preparation of executive summary, backstopping, methodology, activities timetable and work allocation, logical framework, etc.;
• Conduct research, analysis, and assessments of the projects.  

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Government and Public Sector related services: Operational management/Project life-cycle management/Grants and contracts management, etc.
• Previous experience in Government / EU Delegation / IFIs would be considered as advantage;
• Good knowledge of IFIs, EU / IPA / PRAG procedures
• Strong analytical skills with good understanding of key business drivers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Client-focus and result-orientation, creative problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and proven professional skills in MS Office Suite
• Team player, eager to learn, stress resistant, entrepreneurial, pro-active and curious personality
